One team from survey to handover
We started in 2014 as a small plumbing and electrical workshop in Al Malqa, then added finishing and painting crews when clients asked us to run the whole project instead of juggling several contractors. Today every project has a supervising engineer, a written contract fixing materials, duration and payment stages, and a 24-month warranty we actually honour.

FAQ
How do I get a quote?
Send us photos and a short description on WhatsApp and we'll schedule a free site visit. You'll then receive an itemised quote with materials and timeline within 48 hours.
How long does a kitchen or bathroom take?
A bathroom usually takes 10 to 14 days and a kitchen 3 to 4 weeks, depending on cabinet and stone lead times. The duration is written into the contract.
What does the warranty cover?
24 months on our workmanship (waterproofing, pipework, installation, paint). Appliances and materials carry the manufacturer's warranty, and we help you claim it.
How are payments staged?
On larger projects: 30% on signing, 40% at the midpoint and 30% after handover once you're satisfied. Small maintenance jobs are paid on completion.
Do you supply materials or do I buy them?
Either way. We offer options at our supplier prices, or work with materials you buy yourself and deduct them from the quote.
Do you work on offices and shops?
Yes, we handle finishing and maintenance for offices and small shops, and can work outside business hours to avoid disruption.
