Delivery & payment
Order before 6:00 pm and receive it the same day within Riyadh.

FAQ
How long does delivery take within Riyadh?
Orders placed before 6:00 pm arrive the same day, usually within 4 hours. Later orders arrive the next morning.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, within 7 days of receipt as long as the product is sealed in its original packaging. Opened fragrances can’t be returned for hygiene reasons, but we’ll help you choose the right one before you buy.
Are the fragrances authentic?
All our products are 100% authentic from authorised suppliers, delivered with the manufacturer’s seal and an official VAT invoice.
Can you deliver the gift directly to someone else?
Of course. Send us the recipient’s address, phone number and the message for the card, and we’ll deliver it with no price shown.
Do you offer samples before buying?
Yes, you can order 2 ml samples of three fragrances for SAR 30, deducted from the price when you buy the full bottle.
