Privacy policy

1 What we collect

• Contact form: your name, business type, WhatsApp number, message, and the site language you were using.
• Package builder: the package and add-ons you chose, a coupon code if you entered one, and a reference number for your quote when you send it on WhatsApp or download it. We don't ask for your name or number at this step.
• WhatsApp: when you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to the conversation, and we keep it to follow up on your project.
• Technical data: an approximate IP address to protect our forms from abuse (rate limiting). We don't link it to your identity.

2 Why we use it

To reply to your inquiry, prepare your quote, deliver your project, and send updates about your project or subscription. We don't send marketing messages without your consent, and we never sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.

3 Where it's stored, and for how long

The site runs on Cloudflare's network, and form submissions and quotes are stored in our Cloudflare storage. Quotes are deleted automatically after 180 days and contact messages after 12 months, unless they become an actual project.

Form protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical data about your browser to check that you're not a bot.

4 Cookies and storage

We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising. Your browser may keep simple settings on your device (such as your preferred language or the last package you built) to make the site easier to use; you can clear them from your browser settings.

If we add an analytics tool in the future, it will be a privacy-respecting tool that doesn't identify you, and we'll update this page.

5 Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, and we'll do so within 7 working days unless the law requires us to keep it (for example, invoices).
