We wrote these terms in plain language because we want you to understand exactly what you're buying. If anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp before you start.

What you get is defined by the package and add-ons you chose in the package builder or in the quote we sent you, including the number of pages, languages, revision rounds and delivery time.
Anything outside that scope (an extra page, an extra language, an extra revision round) has a published price in the add-ons list and is added with your approval before we do the work.
Each package states its delivery time. The clock starts when we have received all of your content (text, photos, prices and contact details), not when you pay.
Times are counted in working days. If content or feedback on the preview arrives late, the time extends by the same amount. Rush delivery is an optional add-on with a published price that puts your project ahead of other work.
A revision round is a set of notes you send together after the preview link. It covers changes to text, images, colours and ordering within the agreed pages. It doesn't cover a redesign from scratch, or new pages or features.
The number of included rounds is stated in each package. An extra round costs SAR 200, and we tell you before we count one.
We start work after receiving a 50% deposit, with the balance due before the site goes live. Starter is paid in full at the start.
Payment is currently by bank transfer, and we issue an invoice for every project. When online payment is enabled, a deposit button will appear in the package builder.
Prices are in Saudi riyals and exclude VAT. Once we're VAT-registered, 15% is added and shown clearly on the quote and the invoice.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the text, prices and information you send, and for having the right to use the photos, logos and trademarks. If an image belongs to someone else, we need their permission.
AI-generated images we provide through add-ons are licensed for use on your site and accounts. We recommend disclosing them in sensitive fields such as clinics and restaurants.
Care plans are monthly or annual subscriptions that include hosting, a security certificate, backups and whatever each plan lists. Monthly editing time doesn't roll over to the next month.
You can cancel at any time with no penalty. The site stays online until the end of the paid period, then we hand over its files within 14 days so you can host it wherever you like. No transfer fees, and we never hold your site hostage.
Without a care plan, we hand over the files and running and hosting the site is your responsibility; we can help at an hourly rate if you need it.
For Starter and Business you can pay monthly (SAR 249/mo) for at least 12 months, with a Care plan included. During the subscription the site is licensed to you, and the domain is always in your name.
If you want to cancel before 12 months are over, you pay a one-time difference between what you've paid and the full one-time package price, and the site becomes yours exactly as with full payment. After the term ends, the site is yours and the care plan continues if you wish.
The yearly domain cost, store platform fees (such as Salla and Zid), payment gateway fees and the fees of any external service you choose (such as paid booking systems) are paid directly to the provider and are not part of our prices. We list them in your quote.
If you cancel before we start work (before any preview is sent), we refund the deposit in full. After work starts, the deposit covers the work done and isn't refunded, and we hand over what has been completed to date.
If we can't complete the project for a reason on our side, we refund everything you paid for that project.
We do our best to make your site fast, secure and compatible with modern browsers, but we don't guarantee specific search rankings or sales. In any case, our liability to you doesn't exceed the amount you paid us for the service in question.
We're not responsible for outages of external services (hosting, store platforms, WhatsApp, payment gateways), or for content you send that breaks the law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may update these terms; updates apply to new orders only.
