The clock starts when we have all your content (text, photos and prices), and we send you a short checklist of what we need as soon as you confirm.

Your business name and logo if you have one, photos of your place, products or services, your service list or menu with prices, your address and opening hours, and your contact numbers and social accounts. Send it all on WhatsApp and we take it from there. If you have no photos or text, we offer copywriting and image add-ons.

Business and above include both Arabic and English, with a clear switch between them. Starter comes in one language of your choice, and you can add the second language as an add-on.

Yes, and that's why we deliver fast and for less than agencies. We use advanced AI tools for design and code, then our team reviews every page by hand on phone and desktop, in both languages, before delivery. Quality is our responsibility, not the tool's.

The yearly domain cost, store platform fees such as Salla and Zid, payment gateway fees, and professional photography at your premises. These are paid directly to the provider, and we list them in your quote before we start.

A 50% deposit when we start, and the balance before launch. Starter is paid in full at the start because of its small size. Payment is by bank transfer for now, with an invoice for every project, and online payment is coming soon.

The prices shown exclude VAT. We're not VAT-registered yet, so no tax is added to your invoice. Once we register, a clear 15% VAT line will appear in the package builder and on your quote.

Yes, for Starter and Business: nothing down, a fixed monthly fee for at least 12 months, with a Care plan included. If you cancel before the end of the term, you pay the difference between what you've paid and the full package price, and the site stays yours.

Choose rush delivery in the package builder. It adds 30% to the package price, and we put your project ahead of everything else and shorten the time. Rush isn't available for store packages because they depend on platform approvals.

The yearly domain cost is paid directly to the registrar and varies by type (.com or .sa). We register it in your name and connect it for a small setup fee. .sa and .com.sa domains need a commercial registration or freelance certificate in your name.

You do. The domain is always registered in your name and we never hold it. Once the full amount is paid, you own the content, designs and final site files. If you also want the full source code with the repository and a guide, the source-code handover add-on has a published price.

We host sites on a fast global network (Cloudflare) with a free security certificate. Hosting is included in the care plans, which start at SAR 49 per month and include backups and monitoring. You can also host the site yourself after we hand over the files.

You can cancel any time with no penalty. The site stays online until the end of the paid period, then we hand you its files to host wherever you like, and the domain stays in your name as it always was. No transfer fees, and we never hold your site hostage.

The easiest way: send the change on WhatsApp and we make it within your care plan (each plan states its monthly editing time). If you'd rather edit yourself, add the self-edit CMS to change text and images from a simple panel.

Because the Saudi platforms give you mada, Apple Pay, shipping and ZATCA-compliant e-invoices from day one, for a small monthly fee. We design and fully set up your store on them. We only suggest a custom-coded store when the platforms can't meet your needs.
